Cloud architecture and migration

A cloud move is a sequence of decisions: which workloads go first, how identity and networks are laid out, and what “done” looks like in production. We design that sequence and help you run it.

What we do

  • Landing zone design for AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including accounts, folders, and guardrails.
  • Network and identity patterns that do not paint you into a corner six months later.
  • Workload placement: rehost, re-platform, or leave on-prem when that is the honest answer.
  • Migration waves with cutover plans, rollback, and cost visibility.
  • FinOps basics: tags, budgets, and the few reports finance will actually use.

Typical outcomes

  • A written target architecture and a migration backlog you can staff.
  • Baseline logging, backup, and access control on day one of a new environment.
  • Fewer one-off subscriptions and undocumented “temporary” accounts.
